Wanda is helping to roast luwak coffee beans. The luwak is a cat-like animal that eats coffee beans. The defecated beans are collected, cleaned, roasted, and then ground. This is expensive coffee, and I know because Wanda spent about $30 for about a cup of grounds. I can’t wait to try it.
